The Story of Healing
Heart Words

Hi, I'm Michelle

Born and raised in Mexico, I’ve always been guided by a deep curiosity and a dream to explore the world. Early on, I discovered the comfort of words—escaping into books that helped me navigate my emotions and see life through new lenses.

What began as a love for reading soon blossomed into a passion for poetry. Writing became my way to process life’s ups and downs, from the ache of heartbreak to the uncertainty of new beginnings. Each poem reflects a step towards self-discovery, celebrating life’s subtle beauty: the quiet rustling of leaves, the colors of a setting sun, the fleeting moments we often overlook.

This project, Healing Heart Words, is built on the belief that words have the power to heal and connect. Through sharing my most vulnerable thoughts, I hope to reach others who find refuge in writing, those who need to feel accompanied by someone who understands. In a world that can sometimes feel isolating, my poetry aims to remind us that we are not alone—there are many who share our experiences, emotions, and dreams.

Healing Heart Words is more than expression; it’s about finding solace and connection through honest, raw art. I don’t write to create something universally understood or conventionally beautiful; I write to stir emotions, to resonate, and to give voice to the experiences that shape us all.

As you explore these pages, I hope you find comfort, understanding, and perhaps a path to your own healing.

Meet Luke, My Bestfriend

Luke is more than a pet; he’s my steady companion and a source of unconditional love. A long-haired dachshund with a warmth that matches his fur, he’s been by my side through life’s ups and downs, giving comfort and endless joy.

I’ve had Luke since he was a puppy, and he quickly became my emotional support, my daily happiness, and my greatest teacher in loyalty and love. His wagging tail and happy spirit remind me to enjoy the present moment. Whether it’s a short walk or a cozy nap, his joy makes my journey feel lighter.

Luke has taught me resilience and the beauty of simple things. He’s not just my dog; he’s my confidant, my family, and a source of love and laughter. As I move forward, I’m grateful to have him with me, ready to explore the world together.
